A congregation leader must be above reproach, he must be faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, orderly, hospitable and able to teach. He must not drink excessively or get into fights; rather, he must be kind and gentle. He must not be a lover of money. He must manage his own household well, having children who obey him with all proper respect; for if a man can't manage his own household, how will he be able to care for G-d's Messianic Community? He must not be a new believer, because he might become puffed up with pride and thus fall under the same judgment as did the Adversary. Philip and Sonia have been married 19 yrs and have two sons, Benjamin (3yrs) and Samuel (8months).
They have been involved in Messianic Jewish ministry for 19 years, City on the Hill is the 4th Congregation they have been leaders with.
They lived in Jerusalem from 2021-2022 and have recently moved back to the Houston area.
They love Yeshua and have a passion to see the redemption of Israel and the nations through the Messianic Jewish Community

Mitch is a peacemaker and overflows with the Mercy..chesed of Adonai. He Loves to serve and minister to his family and the flock, cook, bike ride, play with grand babies, and edify everyone and anyone nearby! Also founder of Senior Source Insurance LLC, President of the Crossover Project and Holocaust Remembrance Association.
Rozalie loves to worship the King, honor Mitch, love on and serve her family ... especially the grandchild kids.. She loves to celebrate the feasts, lead tours to Israel, and sensitize hearts on the issues of the Holocaust.

Jeff is passionate about accuracy in the word of G-d and the ways of Chazal and spend time with his family . He loves to pray three times a day and expound the scriptures with the First Fruits of Zion course every week. Wendy loves to worship the Lord in dance and is passionate about connecting the Hispanic community with the Jewish Roots of Christianity.

Ron belongs on the radio! His voice will soothe you! His dad was a missionary and Ron and his beloved Diane have a nurturing gift! Need help with your marriage? They are Family Life leaders. He is well versed in the Word of G-d, is an IT analyst and loves to research computer networking and anything to do with planes including piloting them! Diane's great compassion often moves her into intersession for congregants and often hears the voice of the Lord for the people she prays with.
